The RUBENS Residence

The house is a two-story residence in Mar Vista remodeled to accommodate a growing family. The house is oriented southwest where a large side yard and pool provide an out door space with direct sun for most of the day. All family spaces orient onto this common garden space. The main living area also connects to a secondary outdoor space at the front providing morning light and a secured play yard shaded by a preserved tree. Two bedrooms and the Master Suite are located upstairs. The Master Bedroom has a large ensuite home office with a surrounding deck that also serves as a nursery when needed.
