The Duplex project on Indiana Ave in Venice has broken ground and is under construction. The residence is the first by the Be Sane Group whose goal is to build sustainable projects that promote good health in all of its aspects. The project will also put an emphasis on sustainability with water reclamation, solar energy generation and the latest technologies for air purification and minimization of harmful EMF's. "A Sane Home enables you to live healthier and longer through new building technologies and programs that connect body, mind and soul to nature through its elements – earth, water, air and fire."

The Meridian House has been selected to be on the 2015 LA Beach Cities Modern Homes Tour. The Tour is scheduled to take place on September 12, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It will feature homes in the following beach cities- Santa Monica, Venice, Hermosa Beach among others.

The Ruben's residence that began construction in February is slated for completion in early August, a little over 7 months after construction began. The 2,500 SF residence opens to a pool in its side yard for afternoon sun and will have a semi-private garden/patio in its front yard for morning light. The design prioritized a connection to outdoor activities and natural light for this new family's first home.
The official ground breaking for the new residence on Rubens Ave. took place last week 3 months after the project as submitted for permit. The expected "build out" period is 6 months.
