The Ruben's residence that began construction in February is slated for completion in early August, a little over 7 months after construction began. The 2,500 SF residence opens to a pool in its side yard for afternoon sun and will have a semi-private garden/patio in its front yard for morning light. The design prioritized a connection to outdoor activities and natural light for this new family's first home.
