Grandview Guesthouse

The Grand Avenue guesthouse is a 1,200 sf accessory building designed for the rear of a large property on a bluff overlooking the ocean in Mar Vista. It will have two bedrooms for guests as well as roof deck for ocean views. On the ground level, there will be a living room with folding doors that open to a large deck overhanging a future Koi pond.
