Rubens Residence

The Rubens house is a two-story residence for a newly married couple in Del Rey. The living area opens on both sides- to a semi-private garden at the sidewalk and to a private pool/garden in the backyard. The main living spaces are downstairs and all open to the private side yard and pool where there is the maximum light and views. Upstairs are three bedrooms with a private office/nursery off the Master Bedroom.
